By engaging in or utilizing the services provided by Earth Angel Priestess (hereinafter referred to as "the Practitioner"), you, the client, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Guarantee of Outcomes: The Practitioner’s services, including but not limited to psychic readings, energy healing, spiritual guidance, and other intuitive services, are offered for informational and personal growth purposes only. The Practitioner does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or predictions. All guidance and insights provided are based on the Practitioner’s intuitive abilities and are subject to interpretation.

Personal Responsibility: You understand and agree that the decisions and actions you take based on the services provided by the Practitioner are solely your responsibility. The Practitioner does not assume responsibility for any actions or outcomes arising from your personal choices, decisions, or life circumstances.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: The Practitioner’s services are not intended to replace or serve as a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional services. You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional counsel when necessary.

Waiver of Liability: By engaging in any psychic or spiritual services provided by the Practitioner, you hereby release and hold harmless Earth Angel Priestess, its representatives, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from the use of these services. This waiver extends to any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if the Practitioner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Confidentiality: The Practitioner will respect your privacy and maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared during the course of your session. However, you acknowledge that the Practitioner is not responsible for any loss of confidentiality that may arise from external factors beyond their control.

No Liability for Emotional Distress: You acknowledge that psychic and spiritual services may evoke emotional responses or bring up sensitive topics. You agree to hold the Practitioner harmless for any emotional distress, discomfort, or unforeseen effects arising from the services provided.
